Enquiry and survey
The scope is confirmed on site. Access, conditions and constraints are recorded before anything is priced.
Technical and commercial offer
A technical offer sets out the method and the resources; the commercial offer prices it against a defined scope.
Mobilisation
Manpower, equipment and permits are arranged, and the HSE plan is agreed with the client before work starts.
Execution
Work proceeds against the agreed programme, with progress, cost and quality recorded as the work is done.
Quality and HSE control
Inspection and test records are kept with the project file; HSSE requirements are met at every stage.
Handover and close-out
Documentation, as-built records and the completion certificate close the project and release the final claim.
